Meet Emily Jane

Emily Jane Striegel, founder of Emily Jane Dance Center, brings over 30 years of dance experience and a passion for teaching. Originally from Saint Louis, she trained in various styles, earning numerous accolades in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, musical theatre, and poms. She holds a B.A. in Arts Management with an emphasis in Dance from Lindenwood University, where she was a key member of the award-winning Lindenwood Lion Line Dance Team.

 

Emily has extensive experience as a dance instructor, high school coach, and choreographer, leading teams to regional and national success. She has worked with the St. Louis Ballet School and Company and has spent years creating personalized routines for special occasions.

 

In 2019, she married Jason Striegel, welcomed their poodle Aang, and now dedicates herself full-time to teaching at her studio. Her mission is to inspire students, foster a love of dance, and help each individual discover their potential. Emily is excited for the future and looks forward to guiding her students on their dance journey.
